Minimum Education: (FULL TIME STUDIES ONLY)
Bachelor Degree in a health-related or relevant subject area.
Preferred Education:
In addition to the Bachelor Degree, commencement of or commitment to a postgraduate qualification related to emergency/trauma medicine, public health, statistics, biostatistics, bioinformatics or epidemiology.
Required certification/licensure:

Minimum Experience:
3 years experience in healthcare including exposure to research for a minimum of 1 year; either as part of educational programs, or during professional employment.
Preferred Experience: Two years experience in health-related research with experience in quantitative and qualitative applied research skills and methodology development and data analysis.
Experience of leading and managing a team of clinical research monitors.
Experience of working in a clinical research environment.
Experience of establishing quality management systems.
Experience of establishing a monitoring service: Leading monitoring and audit visits, Training staff members to undertake effective monitoring activities.
Experience of preparing, reviewing and approving monitoring reports and Corrective Preventive Action plans
Experience of establishing and providing effective training programs.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Language Skills:
Fluent in English - Oral and Written.
