1. Apply Online
Apply online and create your own professional international standard CV to be submitted to the employer HR.
2. Initial Contact
After receiving your completed CV and when we have a suitable, you will be contacted by us to inform you of positions available, if you are interested to apply for the available position we will request all required documentation (Copies of qualifications / transcripts / License / Employment Certificates etc) and to request any additional information needed on your CV.
3. CV Processing
Your CV are now processed and submitted to the employer with the supporting documents.
4. Shortlisting & Interviews
If you are shortlisted by the hospital HR for interview – GMR will contact you via email to schedule a face 2 face / Skype /telephonic interview with hospital management.
5. Interview Feedback
Interview feedback will be given as received by hospital HR after interview.
6. Offer on Succesfull Application
If successful interview – HR will send us your offer via email and we will submit to you for approval.
7. The Logistics
On acceptance of offer GMR will assist you with your onboarding requirements (dataflow / Prometric / licensing / attestation of documents / Police Clearance applications etc).
8. Confirm Traveling Details
On receipt of your entry visa and after your onboarding requirements as been completed – GMR will book your flight with the employer and submit the flight ticket to you via email.
9. Stay in Touch
GMR will be available for queries / advise and for any updates at any time after your started with your new employer – our relationship with you are valuable to us!
