Total Salary (basic & transport allowance) 11 300 QAR Currency Conversion
+/- DZD 414 000 / JOD 2200 / YER 780 000 / 31 000 MAD, 951 00 KWD
TRY 106 300 / MYR 13 400 / EUR 2 800 / ZAR 55 000
LBP 280 000 000 / 1 900 000 SDG / 15 000 LYD / 55 000 ZAR
Basic Salary: 10 150 QAR per month. This is an estimated amount. The offered amount is the discretion of the employer.
Transport Allowance: 1250 QAR per month.
Accommodation: Provided.
Annual Leave: 40 calendar days.
Air Passage Entitlement: Economy class air passage/flight ticket for self and family - up to 3 children up to 18 years old, on joining, annual leave & repatriation (provided that he/she obtained residence permit for them under his/her sponsorship).
Baggage Allowance: Unaccompanied baggage for yourself - up to 50 kg and family up to 200 kg on joining, and 100kg for self and 250 kg for family on repatriation, to be reimbursed at standard rate.
The salary package offered is determined by the employer, not GMR.

The Patient Pathway Coordinator is responsible for being the patient’s advocate during their entire pathway of care, at all stages of their disease from diagnosis and subsequent treatment. Activities include: providing counseling, education, support and advice to patients and their families and carers. In addition to patient duties the post has a quality and services improvement tools and techniques to improve the patient pathway in line with the recommendations from the appropriate relevant national strategies, and to contribute to clinical audit. The post holder must critically think in variable situations within clearly defined policies, principles, and leadership direction with multiple healthcare stakeholders across the care delivery system. Given the interface demanded by this role with both clinicians and patients, it is essential that the post-holder is clinical professional, from a nursing medical or allied healthcare professional background, processing knowledge of the clinical pathways, medical terminology, and multidisciplinary clinical providers to which they are assigned and experience of coordinating the related clinical requirements of the patient pathway.
