Role Overview
As an Executive Administrative Officer, you’ll provide high-level administrative support to the dental team—managing schedules, coordinating communication, maintaining records, and assisting with departmental planning and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide executive-level admin support to the dental clinical team
Coordinate meetings, calendars, and departmental communication
Assist with documentation, reports, and presentation materials
Ensure accurate record-keeping and file management in compliance with hospital policies
Support operational efficiency by tracking tasks, follow-ups, and project timelines
Liaise with internal departments to support clinical workflow
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
