MSK Imaging Interpretation
MSK radiologists utilize a wide range of imaging modalities to evaluate musculoskeletal pathology with a high degree of precision:
X-rays
Assess fractures, joint alignment, degenerative changes, and bone lesions.

Detects soft tissue injuries (e.g., ligament tears, muscle strains), marrow abnormalities, and subtle joint pathologies.
CT Scans
Ideal for evaluating complex fractures, surgical planning, and bone tumors.
Ultrasound
Real-time imaging of tendons, ligaments, muscle injuries, joint effusions, and guidance for interventions.
Nuclear Medicine / Bone Scans
Used for identifying occult fractures, infections (osteomyelitis), and metastatic disease.
Diagnosis of Musculoskeletal Conditions
MSK radiologists are pivotal in identifying a broad spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions, including:
Sports Injuries
Such as ACL tears, meniscal injuries, rotator cuff tears, and stress fractures.
