The all-inclusive monthly total salary of 12,100 QAR is structured as follows:
- Basic Salary: 10,850 QAR
- Transport Allowance: 1,250 QAR

Essential Experience:
4+ Years Clinical Experience.
At least 1 Year Experience in Quality & Patient Safety/Risk Assessment field.
Specification
Support the delivery of high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care by driving performance monitoring, risk assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This role contributes directly to the hospital’s accreditation readiness and quality excellence goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support quality improvement initiatives and performance indicators
- Assist in developing and reviewing QA policies, procedures, and clinical documentation
- Collect and analyze data related to patient safety, incidents, and satisfaction surveys
- Conduct audits, support internal reviews, and contribute to risk assessments
- Prepare summary reports, facilitate quality-related meetings, and coordinate stakeholder communications
- Support compliance with international accreditation standards
