We’re seeking rehab professionals with a Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy, 7+ years of clinical experience (3+ in leadership), and expertise in LEAN, project management, and CAPEX/OPEX planning. A Master’s degree is preferred.

The all-inclusive monthly total salary of 24,875 QAR is structured as follows:

  • Basic Salary: 23,625 QAR
  • Transport Allowance: 1,250 QAR

Minimum Requirements

Overseas Hiring:

Require only candidates currently outside of Qatar.

Education:

Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Therapy.

Master's Degree / Postgraduate Qualification in Healthcare Management or Rehabilitation Sciences will be an added advantage.

Licensing:

Must hold a valid home-country license to practice.

Must be eligible for registration and licensing in the State of Qatar.

Essential Requirements:

7 Years' clinical rehabilitation experience out of which 3 years in supervisory, interdisciplinary program coordination, or management activities.

Specification

Coordinate the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of interdisciplinary rehabilitation programs within Qatar’s national public healthcare system.

This role ensures compliance with clinical, operational, and accreditation standards while promoting innovation and excellence across all rehab services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of rehabilitation programs and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with rehab departments, quality teams, materials management, and research units to optimize service delivery.
  • Support the development, review, and dissemination of clinical policies, protocols, and care pathways.
  • Facilitate data collection, performance reporting, and quality improvement initiatives using LEAN methodologies.
  • Respond to patient complaints and coordinate resolution in collaboration with program managers.
  • Prepare annual departmental performance reports and contribute to planning for rehab-related projects, capital expenditure, and service expansion.
  • Promote evidence-based practice and the integration of international standards in multidisciplinary care.
