The ideal candidates for this vacancies will have a Bachelor Degree with minimum 2 years research or research related experience.

Candidates from India, Philippines,  South-Africa and European countries highly preferred.

Tax free Basic Salary. From 6800- 12 000 QR per month + Benefits such as housing, Flight Tickets etc. 

(12 000 QAR is +/- 50 000 South-African Rand, 246 714 Indian Rupees, 2841 Euros).

Tax free Basic Salary. From 6800 - 12 000 QR (Qatari Riyals) per month. (Salary offered according to experience)

Free fully furnished accommodation provided.

Transport allowance: 1250 QR per month added to your basic salary.

Free "round trip" (to and from home country) flight tickets on joining, annual leave, and on repatriation. For males with family contract offered this will be also be applicable for your family (wife and up to 3 children up to 18 years old).

40 days paid annual vacation days.

End of Service Award (at end of contract) which is one month's salary for each year worked.

Minimum Requirements


Bachelor Degree in Science or any healthcare related field.  (Fulltime Studies).

Preferred: Masters of Science Degree in Public Health, Epidemiology or Biostatistics. 


Minimum: 2 years experience Research or research related experience.

As a Research Coordinator of the Department of Epidemiology and Medical Statistics, the applicant is expected to have a strong foundational knowledge of various computer programs and applications, so as to be able to assist in the analysis and manipulation of the statistical and research data that is collected.

In addition, they are expected to have an in-depth knowledge of research procedures such as writing journal articles and analyzing and interpreting data.

The applicant reports directly to the Head of Department and assists him in his duties. In doing so, he/she will help in the smooth functioning of the department.


Uses existing statistical software and variety of established statistical methods to gather, analyze and interpret research data to derive useful information for research studies.

Plans and documents computer data file structure; develops programs, manages and maintains complex statistical databases; supervises data entry.

Formats data, and develops and prepares reports, charts, tables, questionnaires and other related documents and graphics and professional power point presentations.

Prepares questionnaires for surveys, and conducts logic checks to maintain data quality.

Participates in the development of statistical methodology, and data analysis.

May supervise data entry personnel on specific, project-related tasks.

Writing literature reviews and research proposals.

Preparing Power Point presentations, Charts, and Documents as & when required.
