Package

3 Year contract (renewable)

  • Generous Tax free basic salary. Offered according to experience.
  • From 8300 QAR up to 15375 QAR per month.  15375 QAR is equal to +/- 2998 JOD / 12340 TND / 57 000 South-African Rand / 222 076 PHP / 585 000 PKR / 200 732 SDG.
  • Free fully furnished accommodation provided.
  • Transport allowance of 1250 QAR per month added to your basic salary.
  • Free "round trip" (to and from home country) flight tickets on joining, annual leave, and on repatriation. For those with family contract offered this will be also be applicable for your family (wife and up to 3 children up to 18 years old).
  • 40 days paid annual vacation days.
  • End of Service Award (at end of contract) which is one month's salary for each year worked.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Education: (FULL TIME STUDIES ONLY)

B.Sc in Nursing, Medical Doctor

Preferred: M.Sc Quality Management.

 

Required certification/licensure:

N/A

 

Minimum Experience:

7 years

 

Preferred:  3 Years post M.Sc qualification. 

 

Language Skills:

Fluent in English - Oral and Written.

Specification

 

Position Summary:

Responsible for coordinating approved Quality Management programs and functions within the Quality Management department.

 

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Demonstrates knowledge and application of the Employer’s mission, vision and values.
  • Conducts in-depth reviews of patient files at the Employer’s facilities in order to collect relevant information pertaining to on-going quality management activities.
  • Participates and supervises data collection relevant to patient satisfaction surveys.
  • Participates in program reviews and monitoring activities of various departments at the Employer’s facilities, in line with the Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Plans of the Employer and Strategic Plan of the QM Department.
  • Participates in morbidity and mortality reviews of clinical departments, and summarizes findings to extrapolate trends and variations based on QM indicators.
  • Complies with the Employer’s policies and procedures - with particular reference to infection control, safety and Quality Management. Performs other duties relevant to QM activities as requested and approved by QM Director.
