Package

3 Year contract (renewable)

Single and family contracts available.

Generous Tax free basic salary. Offered according to experience.

From 8300 QAR up to 15375 QAR per month.  15375 QAR is +/- 59000 South-African Rand / 4200 USD/ 3900 EUR/ 3800 GBP. Salary paid in QAR.

Free fully furnished accommodation provided.

Transport allowance of 1250 QAR per month added to your basic salary.

Free "round trip" (to and from home country) flight tickets on joining, annual leave, and on repatriation. For those with family contract offered this will be also be applicable for your family (wife and up to 3 children up to 18 years old).

40 days paid annual vacation days.

End of Service Award (at end of contract) which is one month's salary for each year worked.

Minimum Requirements

EDUCATION(Full time Studies) :

3 years Nursing Diploma  or Bachelors Degree in Nursing. 

EXPERIENCE:

For this vacancy ONLY Candidates with NURSING BACKGROUND and experience with CLINICAL IMAGING related QUALITY issues will be considered.  

Minimum: 3 years Clinical Practice in an Acute Care Facility of which 1 year experience must be in Quality.

If you have an  Diploma in Quality Management  a minimum of 2 years experience in acute care facility are required. 


Knowledge on computers and international and national standards of Quality Management.

PROFESSIONAL LICENSURE/REGISTRATION:

Specification

Position Summary:


Responsible for concurrent and retrospective review of Health Information Management documents
for Performance Improvement activities. The Quality Management Reviewer organizes and
coordinates all aspects of the Performance Improvement activities. Responsibilities include review of medical records to obtain accurate, complete and pertinent clinical data. Review all OVA's. Keep
statistics on all OVA's. Prepare reports on all Quality Indicators.

 

Principal Accountabilities:


1. Supporting the implementation of Hospital’s quality procedures, standards and specifications
2. Draft or update the Quality Assurance Policies and Procedures
3. Assist with medical records review and data entry
4. Using relevant quality tools to collect and analyze Performance and Quality Assurance data
5. Tracking, updating and producing statistical reports on performance by measuring against set standards
6. Work with the departments to setup monthly Quality Management meetings
7. Communicating outcome of Quality activities to respective stakeholders
8. Document internal audits and data pertaining to quality assurance measures, activities and initiatives
9. Prepare and submit presentations and reports on QI/QA projects to leadership
10. Collate data from incident reports on accidents/injuries as it relates to facility wide Quality Assurance
11. Review data for accuracy, follow up on missing data and maintain central repository for all quality data
12. Perform other duties as requested
