Minimum Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Associate Degree in Nursing (Full-time)

Experience:

Junior RN: 3+ years (1 year in a similar role, sports setting preferred)

Senior RN: 4+ years (2 years in ortho, acute surgery, or sports-related field)

Licensing:

Valid home-country nursing license

Work Environment

This is a fast-paced, field-based role within a specialized sports and orthopedic hospital.

The position involves working across clinics, rehab areas, and occasionally on-site with athletes.

Flexibility is essential as duties may vary based on clinical needs.

Working Relationships

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, physiotherapists, surgeons, anesthetists, and technicians, supporting the care and recovery of elite athletes and patients undergoing orthopedic procedures.

Role Overview

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality nursing care within a specialized sports medicine setting.

Your responsibilities include assisting in diagnostics, surgical preparation and recovery, perioperative care, and patient education.

You’ll support clinical procedures, monitor vital signs, manage medications, and help optimize patient outcomes in both acute and rehab environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver patient-centered nursing care within orthopedic and sports medicine settings
  • Support diagnostic procedures, treatments, and recovery plans
  • Assist with surgical preparation, post-op care, and pain management
  • Perform clinical assessments, including ECG, spirometry, and vision tests
  • Respond to emergencies as part of the code blue team
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with care protocols
  • Contribute to multidisciplinary care planning and communication
