Language Proficiency:
Must have excellent spoken and written English skills, as all teaching and communication are conducted in English.
Education:
Postgraduate medical specialist qualification required.
PhD in a relevant medical field is mandatory.
Licensing & Registration:
Must hold a valid home-country license to practice.
Must be eligible for registration and licensing as a specialist physician in Uzbekistan.
Clinical & Teaching Experience:
Minimum 7 years of medical practice post-specialist qualification.
Must have formal teaching experience at the postgraduate level.
Research & Publications:
A research track record is desirable.
Preference given to candidates with publications in rated journals and experience in securing research grants.
As a Clinical Professor at Central Asian University, you will play a key role in both academic and clinical leadership.
Responsibilities include educating and mentoring undergraduate medical students (Years 1–6), developing and delivering oncology-focused course modules, conducting lectures and clinical sessions, and overseeing practical instruction in both classroom and hospital settings.
You will design assessments, including OSCEs and theory exams, and contribute to curriculum innovation by incorporating modern teaching methods such as simulation and virtual learning.
Administratively, you will support the Dean and university leadership by participating in academic boards, implementing institutional policies, and contributing to quality assurance processes.
You’ll also engage in student mentorship, monitor academic performance, and uphold academic integrity.
