Minimum Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science/technology or any other related field. 

Licensing:

Valid home-country license as a Laboratory Technologist.

Experience:

Minimum 3+ years of related experience (1 year should be in a similar position/responsibility).

Trained and experienced in the use, maintenance and operation of laboratory equipment and analyzers.

Based in a state-of-the-art clinical laboratory within a high-performance sports medicine hospital.

The environment is fast-paced, quality-driven, and equipped with the latest diagnostic technology to support elite athlete care and general healthcare services.

Working Relationships

Work closely with pathologists, physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals to ensure accurate and timely laboratory results.

Collaboration with the quality team and external partners is key to maintaining clinical excellence.

Role Overview

As a Medical Technologist, you’ll play a vital role in conducting diagnostic testing across various lab disciplines.

You’ll ensure the accuracy and reliability of lab results that directly support diagnosis, treatment, and patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of diagnostic tests in clinical chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and immunology

  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment with adherence to safety and quality protocols

  • Analyze test results and validate data for accuracy and reliability

  • Prepare and maintain lab records, reports, and documentation in compliance with clinical standards

  • Support quality assurance programs and participate in audits and lab improvement initiatives

  • Ensure all procedures align with infection control, safety, and accreditation guidelines

  • Collaborate in training and mentoring junior staff when required
