3 Year contract (renewable)

Generous Tax free basic salary. Offered according to experience.

From 8300 QAR up to 15375 QAR per month.  15375 QAR is equal to +/- 2998 JOD / 12346 TND / 57 500 South-African Rand / 222 076 PHP / 585 926 PKR / 200 732 SDG.

  • Free fully furnished accommodation provided.
  • Transport allowance of 1250 QAR per month added to your basic salary.
  • Free "round trip" (to and from home country) flight tickets on joining, annual leave, and on repatriation. For those with family contract offered this will be also be applicable for your family (wife and up to 3 children up to 18 years old).

Minimum Requirements


  • Minimum: B.Sc Degree in Science, Nursing or Audiology & Speech Therapy.
  • Preferred: Master's Degree of Science in Audiology & Speech Therapy.


  • Minimum: 5 years licensed experience as a Senior Audiology Technician.
  • Preferred: 10 years licensed experience.

Required certification/licensure:

  • The applicant must have a valid professional license to practice, or registration (where applicable) from home country and/or country of last employment. Must have Good standing status.

Language Skills:

  • Fluent in English - Oral and Written. Bilingual Arabic & English speaking. 

Position Summary:

To perform professional duties involved in a variety of technical procedure to implement facilitation and rehabilitation services for patients within the mission, vision, and values of the Employer.  

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Assist and investigate, diagnose various hearing impairment and balance. The services include seeing patients of all ages- infants, children, and adults.
  • Evaluate hearing of patients with ear abnormalities and/or auditory disorders through case history. -Clinical observation and diagnostic tests of auditory function, including: Physiologic Testing (AABR, ABR and OAEs) immittance audiometry (acoustic reflex, tonde decay, ETD), speech reception, and speech discrimination tests.
  • Behavioral testing (conventional audiometry) (BOA, VRA, CPA).
  • Administers and interprets electrophysiological tests including, AABR, ABR, ECOG, VEMP, ASSR, ENG/VNG (balance testing) including Rotary Chair, VOR, platform posturography, and caloric test.
  • Rehabilitation services including hearing aide selection, fitting, orientation and counseling.
  • Case histories and patient reports.
  • Involved in teaching and research activities related to audiology field.
  • Training of new Technicians and Assistant Technicians.
  • Performs hearing screening of children in schools as well as health centers.
  • Maintains continuing education requirements in compliance with the mandate for professional literature.
  • Performs other projects and duties related to departmental objectives.
  • Must be able to get along with others, to be a team player, to accept constructive criticism from supervisor, and to follow work rules.
