Purpose of the role:  

To assist the Assistant Executive Director Quality Improvement who in conjunction with the CEO/ Medical Director is responsible for planning, coordinating and facilitating Quality Improvement programs across the healthcare entity. 

 

 

 

 



Package

 

Overseas Open Ended Contract with Family Benefits.

Basic Salary:  +/- 23 625 QAR The offered amount is the discretion of the employer. 

Transport Allowance: 1250 QAR. 

Accommodation: Provided.

Annual Leave: 40 calendar days.

Schooling Assistance: 21 000 QAR (maximum) (up to 3 children) per child per academic year up to (ages from 5-18 years and provided that they are studying in private schools in Doha). Payment will be made upon submission of the appropriate receipts and will cover basic tuition fee only (provided that you obtained residence permit for them under your sponsorship).

Air Passage Entitlement: Economy class air passage/flight ticket for self and family - up to 3 children up to 18 years old, on joining, annual leave & repatriation (provided that he/she obtained residence permit for them under his/her sponsorship).

Baggage Allowance: Unaccompanied baggage for yourself - up to 50 kg and family up to 200 kg on joining, and 100kg for self and 250 kg for family on  repatriation, to be reimbursed at standard rate.

Key Accountabilities

1. Identifies, plans, facilitates and monitors continuous quality improvement initiatives.

2. Plans and oversees the education and quality methodology training to administrative leadership in each of the departments in areas related to Quality improvement.

3. Identifies, plans, implements and monitors continuous quality improvement initiatives in the Healthcare entity

4. Directs Hospital QI personnel and supervises their work on a regular basis

5. Manages the design, assessment, and measurement of important processes and outcomes that may affect the delivery of quality patient care, hospital operational processes and strategic initiatives.

6. Evaluates hospital and departmental needs for quality training, data collection and analysis and allocate resources to hospital/departments.

7. Oversight responsibility for all regulatory body surveys, such as JCI in coordination with the Regulatory and Accreditation unit

8. Supports and participates in corporate and hospital quality and patient safety committees.

9. Ensures the use of appropriate monitoring activities, data collection techniques, quality methodologies and statistical tools.

10. Stays abreast of and applies knowledge of applicable laws and regulations and accreditation standards

11. Performs other duties as assigned
